Hi everyone and a great big welcome to our first challenge of 2012. I want to thank everyone who plays along with us for all your gorgeous entries over the last year and for all your continued support. We really appreciate each and every entry we get. I wish you all a fabulous 2012!!

Jenni has sadly decided to step down from the design team to concentrate on her very own personal venture.

Hi I am sorry i am late in posting today, i have not been feeling great over past few days but i am here now with our December Challenge. I am so looking forward to Christmas, its my favourite time of year.

I love nothing better than to head to the shopping centre on Christmas Eve and soak up the atmosphere.

Welcome to Septembers challenge and our Design Team call!

Thank you for all the amazing entries last month and thank you for the lovely comments some of you left for the DT!

I want to apologise again for not getting round to commenting on everyone's entry. With our lack of DT members at the moment and some of us still going on holiday we just have not had the time to get round to you all. Challenge 14 ~ Winter snowflakes and DT Call

Winter is definitely on it's way and can you believe it is only 7 weeks to Christmas! So with this in mind the challenge for November is to make a 'Winter' themed project and the optional extra is 'Snowflakes'. We are primarily a cardmaking challenge but please feel free to enter any project that meets the challenge details(scrapbook layouts, ATC's etc). Now, before I give out the details of this month's challenge, we have some big news for you.

Firstly, I (Georgia) have decided to step down from running the Crafty Calendar Challenge, as running a challenge is such a big committment and I think I underestimated just how much goes into running it, and how much time it takes up when I have my school work to do.

I really didn't want to stop the challenge completely, so thankfully, Lisa from our Design Team has very kindly offered to take over running the challenge, as I will be stepping back from the Team, thanks so much for offering to take on the challenge Lisa, and best of luck!

I'd also just like to say thank you so much to all the Design Team members of the challenge, it has been such a pleasure to work with all of you and your cards have been so fabulous!

I'm really sad to leave the challenge, but this way, at least blogging won't become a chore and I won't be so rushed to organise things for the challenge anymore.

This will be my last post while I am running the challenge, as of next month, Lisa will be taking over.

Also, we are very sad to lose Donna from the Design Team, who has been with us since the beginning, as she has decided to step down from the team to reduce her blogging committments and we can all totally understand why she is stepping down and wish her all the best in the future. Thanks so much for your fantastic cards and committment Donna, it has been lovely working with you!

Challenge 4 - Keeping Warm

Hello! Welcome to Challenge 4 of the Crafty Calendar Challenge. We hope you all had a great Christmas, and Happy New Year today! Here's our first challenge of 2010!

We had our biggest amount of entries yet for the 'Winter Sparkle' challenge - we're guessing that bling and sparkle is pretty popular in blogland! :)

There is an optional extra of 'texture'. To show even more warmth on your creatios, you could add texture to your card/project, such as ribbon, fur, raffia, flowers, feathers, you name it!

Challenge 2 - Weather

Hi there everyone! Well, we're here again with challenge two of the Crafty Calendar Challenge! I can't believe it's been a whole month since the start of the challenge, it's flown by!
I'd like to say a huge thank you to all the entrants to the challenge! We were blown away by the number of entries and thank you for your supportive comments!

Hello and welcome to our very first challenge!
Firstly, I'd like to say a huge thank you again to everyone who applied for the Design Team Call! Welcome to the new designers!
Thank you also to everyone who posted such lovely comments and spread the word about the challenge - we really appreciate your support!

OK then, onto the first challenge. This month, we would like to see you make a card/project that follows the theme of AUTUMN. This can be interpreted however you like!

There is also an optional extra that you can include in your work if you want. The optional extra is: PLANTS AND VEGETATION. But please remember that this isn't compulsory.

Hi everyone!
Firstly, I'd like to say a massive thank you to everyone who entered the Design Team Call. I was blown away by the amount of fantastic entries, and it was a pleasure to view everyone's beatiful creations!

It's been a really really tough decision, but after lots of thought I've picked TEN new Design Team members instead of nine like I said - it was too hard to just pick nine!

I have emailed all ten people who have made the Design Team, and will be back as soon as they have all accepted to share the results, hopefully by the end of today!
